Currently, 8 provincial Public Health Associations is invovled in the network including 3 research centers of community health which represents for 3 regions of Vietnam including Thai Binh, Da Nang and Dong Thap. With the missions to be set up at the beginning of establishment, Vietnam Public Health Association would be not able to be successful without great efforts of provincial Public health Associations. Right after the establishment of VPHA, the above porvincial Public Health Association was also developed with their own account and stamp. Goal of Provincial Public Health Associations is common to that of VPHA: To take care and improve community health. And this goal is brought in to focus by each provincial public health association. Each year, Public health problems are address by each provicial public health association through:

·         Intervention programs

 ·         Annual conference

·         Capacity building workshops and programs

·         Community health policy advocacy

Vietnam Public Health Association wishes to be in partnership woth individuals and organization working in Public health sector to improve and strengthen capacity and efforts of provincial public health associations.
