Interpersonal Communications (IPC) Coordinator: This position will play an important role in direct management of PSI’s growing HIV prevention programming, especially targeted interventions for most-at risk population groups. Position involves close management of local team and government partners to implement disciplined, targeted behavior change interventions in multiple provinces. Responsibilities will also include but are not limited to design, development, and coordination of training activities for interpersonal communicators; provision of technical assistance to provincial partners; implementation of advocacy programming and ensuring high quality programs achieve program objectives. Requires enthusiasm, creative thinking, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Qualifications: University degree in marketing, public health, health, or related; • Significant demonstrated experience (2-5 years) in private or public org, ability to work with partners, including provincial government system; • Experience in execution of targeted promotional and behavior change campaigns; • Excellent analytical and communication skills; • Outgoing personality that can motivate teams throughout the country, participate in training and play leadership role with our partners in the field;  • Written and spoken English; •  Results oriented team player.

Sales MIS officer: This position will play a key role in PSI’s Sales Monitoring and Evaluation systems, generating monthly sales reports, analyze sales MIS data generated by the sales team, ensure accuracy in terms of information generated through regular checks and generate monthly targets for sales & promotions. Also provides administrative support to the Sales & Distribution Manager for all PSI’s products.

Qualifications: Relevant university degree; • Programming skills in Access and relevant software packages; • Analytical thinking skills a must; ability to present information in new and enlightening ways; • Attention to detail.
