Project “ Health Information Capacity Building” is processing under agreement between the Hà Nội School of Public Health (HSPH), the University of Washington International Training and Education Center on HIV (I-TECH). Project is seeking an experienced and qualified Vietnamese national to fill the position of in-country project coordination and management for the implementation of CARE Ware software in Vietnam.
The contract duration is one years with a strong possibility of an extension.
Main duties :
· Program Management and Administration: In consultation & collaboration with other stakeholders to develop short- and long-term work plans; assist in the development of curricula & training
· Budget Management: Develop & Manage project budget; Prepare quarterly and ad hoc budgetary reports for stakeholders.
· Human Resources: Supervise consultants as identified; Recruit and interview potential consultants.
· Monitoring & Evaluation project activities
Reporting to Manager and stakeholder
Qualifications
· Prior experience in the management of complex, multi-faceted project
· Ability to pull together diverse professionals into a functioning unit and be able to facilitate communication in order to keep partners working together effectively
· Training facilitation and curriculum development experiences are preferable
· Prior experience working collaboratively with international and government agencies in Vietnam
· MPH or Master degree in other relevant fields with work experience in the health sector
Writing, communication, and management skills:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
· Ability to communicate well in public settings
· Ability to develop and carry out work plans and solve problems independently
· Ability to give close attention to details
· Competent skills in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel
· Ability to delegate
