Functions/ Responsibility
Terms of Reference:
Assisting the School Leadership in building up and perfecting the School organization; analyzing, proposing and carrying out all the duties and tasks concerning the School’s human resources; applying all policies and regulations of the Party and Government regarding employees, faculties and other staff of the School.
With the following duties and tasks:
1. Proposing the structure and organization of the School, the formation, termination and merging of units; formulating terms of reference and mode of operation for each unit as required by each stage of development of the School.
2. Planning for staff composition, recruitment and staff training/retraining.
3. Managing staff recruitment, positioning, hiring and firing; making sure that staff and employees going abroad for training or mission comply with all required rules and regulations of the relevant authorities.
4. Managing the office and class times of faculty; monitoring the working processes and procedures against required standards.
5. Carrying out all policies and regulations concerning salaries, wages, insurance and bonuses of the staff and employees.
6. Carrying out emulation drives; participating in setting up criteria for these drives and making sure everything is correctly done.
7. Cooperating with other functional departments in the organization of commemorative events such as the Medicine Day of Vietnam, Teachers’ Day, and other events like year-end staff meeting and other occasions.
8. Managing staff and employees’ dossiers in accordance with standard procedures; updating them as required.
9. Carrying out the internal political security works of the School.
10. Advising the School Leadership on the School’s self-defense works.
11. Providing regular and ad-hoc reports as required by School Leadership and other related units of the School.
