- Strengthen Public Health Capacity for HIV Prevention and Care Activities in Vietnam (supported by CDC/PEPFAR - US Government - CDC's announcement # 04283).

- Work with VAAC - MOH in M&E activities for HIV/AIDS prevention in Vietnam.

- Consultancy for Dept. of Reproductive Health - MOH in adolescent health research projects.

- Strengthening Social Sciences and Reproductive Health Training and Research Capacity at Hanoi School of Public Health (suppoted by Ford Foundation).

- HRDI project for return fellows of Population Council Vietnam.

- Curriculum development for bachelor and master of public health training program.
