Functions/ Responsibility
Terms of Reference:
- Taking charge of all procurements for the School
- Printing books, materials and other kinds of publications in service of training, research and fieldwork development
- Formulating options in supplies and equipment allocation for School Leadership’s approval
- Working with other departments to intall and operate equipment
- Maintaining equipment files, including history and operation instructions for each piece of equipment
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment: aircons, sound systems, computers, teaching aids... for other departments
- Conducting regular maintenance check-ups
- Property evaluation and liquidation
- Monitoring general labor safety of the School
- Monitoring the usage and operation of facility and equipment against rules and instructions, especially high pressured equipment
