In order to publicize the work result to evaluate and review the reality of implementation of the Resolution of the Congress of officials and civil servants 2013 and to develop the direction for 2014, the Hanoi School of Public Health formally organized the competitive contest and the conference of officials and civil servants at the Big Lecture on 27th December 2013. The conference was chaired by the Presidency Board including 3 members, namely the university’s Dean Ms. Bui Thi Thu Ha, Labour Union’s President Mr. Phan Van Tuong, and Youth Union’s Secretary Mr. Phung Van Thuy.
On 25th December 2013, at the People’s Committee of Dong Ngac commune, Tu Liem district, Hanoi, the Land Clearance Board paid for the land compensation for Dong Ngac campus of the Hanoi School of Public Health (HSPH). Participated in the land clearance session, there were Chairman of the People’s Committee Dong Ngac commune Mr. Nguyen Van Chien, representative of the Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint-Stock Company Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang, HSPH’s Deputy Dean MA Phan Van Tien and HSPH’s representative of Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Management. 
Within the framework of the program “Advancing Ecohealth in Southeast Asia” sponsored by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) (Canada), the first annual meeting of Regional Core was organized in Jakarta, Indonesia from 17th to 20th December 2013. The Hanoi School of Public Health (HSPH) is one of 8 partners of the program (including University of Indonesia (Indonesia), Kunming University, Kunming Institute of Botany (China), Mahidol University, Health Systems Research Institute, Ministry of Public Health (Thailand), Veterinarians without Borders (Canada), and Vietnam Public Health Association).

On finishing the festival, the Organization Board awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes. Team Singing and Dancing Performance “Hanoi Medley” by the Hanoi School of Public Health was honor to represent Region 3 to participate in the National Health Industry’s Mass Art Performance Festival 2013 on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctor’s Day on 27th February 2014 in Hanoi

On the 17th December 2013 in Hanoi, the Hanoi School of Public’s Project Management Board organized the workshop of summarying and building extending project “community-based rehabilitation for victims of Agent Orange used by the USA in Vietnam War”. Attended the workshop, there were the Deputy Minister Nguyen Viet Tien, representatives of departments, agencies of the Ministry of Health, Project Management Board of provinces where project are implementing, and project’s 5-year-partners including: the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange (VAVA), the Vietnam Martyr Families Support Association, etc.
